Partner share is calculated on net commissionable revenue: cleared funds received by Voxworks from the referred customer, after refunds, rebates, credits, chargebacks, discounts and amounts collected for third parties.
For referrals, Voxworks handles the close, onboarding, support and billing. In a co-sell, Voxworks owns technical delivery, billing and first-line product support while the partner helps shape and win the solution.
Yes. Builders are a priority for the program. Voxworks provides APIs, test environments and technical support, and can collaborate on custom capabilities where there is a strong client requirement.
